HP Latex 365 - 98:03 Potential-print quality problem. Check printheads using the printhead status plot.

Q: 98:03 Potential-print quality problem. Check printheads using the printhead status plot.

At first, we were having some pretty noticeable horizontal banding issues in LC color. We've aligned and cleaned the printheads countless times and also changed the LC/LM printhead. So now, it's printing fine. No issues with the print quality but the 98:03 message is still popping up.

Anyone with the same issue or possible solution for this?

A: I would suggest doing a nozzle check test plot which you can check the other printheads followed by a complete printhead cleaning cycle on the printhead giving issue. If the issue persists then replace the relevant printhead with new head and then printhead alignment.  Perform the nozzle check again to verify the issue fixed.  Other issue which you need service engineer to fix will be issue with Primer Arm with missing rubber ends on one of the 4 nozzles or issue with Drop Detect
